Messaging Terms
Program terms for UpSmith Ask Jenny text messages. Texting is optional, opt-in only, and you can stop it at any time.
Program name
These terms govern text messages (“Messages”) sent by UpSmith Inc. (“UpSmith”, “we”, “us”) under the UpSmith Ask Jenny messaging program.
Program description
If you opt in, UpSmith will send you Messages via SMS or RCS containing:
- scheduled business reports and summaries you or your organization configured in the UpSmith platform (for example, daily booking or revenue summaries);
- answers to business questions you send to Ask Jenny by text; and
- service notifications about your UpSmith account.
UpSmith does not send marketing or promotional Messages under this program.
How to opt in
You opt in by enabling text messages in your UpSmith account settings and providing your mobile number. Consent to receive Messages is not a condition of purchasing or using UpSmith’s services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the reports you schedule and the questions you send.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply to Messages you send and receive.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any Message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send you one final Message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further Messages under this program. You can also disable text messages in your UpSmith account settings. Reply START to re-subscribe.

Reply HELP to any Message for help, or email support@upsmith.com.
Supported carriers
Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to your mobile number
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please update your number in your UpSmith account settings or reply STOP from the old number before it is deactivated so that we can stop sending Messages to it.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
