For every operator you send our way, you earn 10% of their first‑year contract, paid in cash once they've paid us.

We started the Guild for the owners who help us do that. We called it a guild because a guild is a group of tradespeople who vouch for each other's work, and that's what you're doing when you send a friend our way.
Members get 10% of their friend's first‑year contract, paid in cash. Every month I'll also host a call where members see what we're building first and tell us what to build next.

You get 10% in cash
That's 10% of their first‑year contract, paid once they've paid us. There's no cap on how many operators you can refer.
You get a seat on the members call
Every month, Wyatt shows members what we're building before anyone else sees it, and asks what we should build next.
You get an UpSmith Carhartt vest and hat
We'll ask for your size and where to send them once you're approved.
You get the member kit
A shared folder with everything you need to explain UpSmith to another owner, from one‑pagers to messages you can copy.
How you get paid.

Once the shop you sent has completed their payment, we pay you 10% of their first‑year contract in cash.

The shop has to book its first meeting with us through your link, and sign within six months of booking.

Stay involved until they sign. We may ask you to join a call or two to help them decide.

The shop has to be new to us. If we're already talking to them, we'll tell you.
- 05
We may change or end the program. Anything you've already referred gets paid under the terms you joined on.
